About Me

I am Rakesh Basnet, an energetic and self-motivated DevOps Engineer with a background in full-stack web development and a passion for building efficient, reliable, and scalable systems.

My journey started with Laravel, where I spent over 1.5 years crafting web applications that were clean, functional, and user-friendly. As my curiosity for automation and infrastructure grew, I transitioned into the world of DevOps — and I’ve never looked back.

Today, I help teams ship faster and safer by automating CI/CD pipelines, containerizing applications with Docker and Kubernetes, and setting up robust monitoring systems with Prometheus and Grafana. I'm currently pursuing a Post Graduate Certificate in DevOps for Cloud Computing while gaining real-world experience as a DevOps Engineer Co-op.
